Why do you have sales inventory?

We are an authorized seller and have already booked some quotas of orders after the pre-order started.

Are your products authentic SGD Studio products?

Yes, we are the official authorized distributor of SGD Studio. All SGD products sold by us are limited offered. As you can confirm this from official website WWW.SGDSTUDIO.COM.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The sale price of products shipped from our store includes the freight fare. For other specialized shipping service, we will inform you about the extra cost.

Which payment methods are accepted here?

Most payments are made through PayPal. We also accept VISA, MASTER CARD, and other credit cards and debit cards, including electronic payments such as Alipay and Wechat Pay.

How long will delivery take?

After the official shipment from SGD, we will notify you of the corresponding timestamp and accurate shipping time.

What exactly happens after ordering?

The order you placed from us will be delivered to SGD Studio officially, and then it will be processed by them as normal orders. You will be treated as a normal buyer who owns the related rights and interests.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive the invoice from the order system after the order is placed.

What should I do if I want to change any order-related options?

What's the currency counted for the products?

All these are in USD $, but when you are paying for your order via PayPal or debit/credit card, it will transfer automatically and be counted in your local currency from the bank’s end.
