For all the in-stock/pre-order items, NO cancellations or refunds will be administered in full amount for paid orders that have been counted after 24 hours from the ordering time.

- Change of mind. Non-returnable/non-refundable
- Selling/promoting a product. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable
- Products that have been opened and used. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable
- Products received damaged, faulty or with manufacturing defects. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable
- Damage caused by user negligence, misuse or abuse. (Exposure to heat, chemicals, open flames, sharp objects, etc.) Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable
- Products obtained from sources other than https://www.fgstudio.org Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable
*Customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving their order. If products for a single order are received in multiple packages, the return period begins on the day the individual packages are received.
For all returnable/refundable products, please retain all evidence (original product received, product packaging, product photos, order invoice/receipt, etc.). Our Customer Support team will request evidence to expedite the process. The product must be in original condition and have the original label attached to the packaging. For products with accessories/parts attached, all accessories/parts must remain in the original packaging. Failure to do so may result in us refusing your return/refund request. Please contact us and our customer support team will contact you as soon as possible.
Return Policies
– Upon receiving your item, if there is noticeable damage or fault, please contact us immediately with a picture of the damaged area.
– Return is not accepted if the damage is limited to the outer box of the product or if the item is unclaimed.
